I. Warranty Period

All products we sell come with a one-year (12 months) free warranty, starting from the date you actually receive and inspect the product. During the warranty period, you are entitled to the free warranty services outlined in this policy, ensuring your rights are fully protected.

II. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, for any product faults or damages caused by quality issues, design defects, or non-human factors, we will provide free repair or replacement of defective components. The specific repair method will be reasonably arranged based on the nature of the product fault. All labor and parts costs incurred during the repair process will be borne by us.

III. Cases Not Covered by the Warranty

The following situations are not covered under this warranty policy, and any repair or replacement costs must be borne by you:

  1. Products beyond the one-year free warranty period;
  2. Faults or damage caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, or care not in accordance with the product manual or instructions;
  3. Damage caused by accidents (e.g., drops, collisions, pressure, water immersion), force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons), or third-party actions;
  4. Faults or damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or part replacement;
  5. Products with tampered, forged, or unidentifiable serial numbers, making it impossible to verify product ownership or warranty period;
  6. Cosmetic wear, consumable parts (if applicable), and non-quality issues for personalized or custom-made products.

IV. Warranty Application Process

If your product experiences a fault covered by this warranty during the warranty period, please follow these steps to apply for warranty service:

  1. Contact our after-sales customer service promptly via the above email or phone, providing the product model, fault description, order number, name, and contact number;
  2. The customer service team will process your request within 1–3 business days, verify the fault, and inform you of the specific warranty solution (repair, replacement of components, etc.);
  3. Follow the instructions provided by customer service to send the faulty product to the designated location (the exact address will be provided by the service team). The shipping cost for returning the product within the warranty scope will be covered by us;
  4. Once we receive the faulty product, we will complete the repair or component replacement as soon as possible and send the product back to you. The return shipping cost will also be covered by us.

V. Additional Notes

  1. Warranty services are only applicable to products sold by our company. Products not sold by us are not covered by this warranty policy;
  2. Repaired or replaced components will enjoy the remaining original product warranty period or a 90-day warranty from the date of replacement, whichever is longer;
  3. For products beyond the warranty period, we can still provide repair services, but reasonable material and labor costs will apply. Specific fees will be communicated clearly before service;
