I. Conditions for 7-Day Returns and Exchanges

Within 7 days from the date you actually receive the product, you may apply for a return or exchange if any of the following conditions are met (based on the actual date the customer receives the product):

  1. The product has a quality issue;
  2. The product was damaged during transportation;
  3. The wrong product was sent, the product differs from what you ordered, and the product does not affect resale.

II. Situations Not Covered by the 7-Day Return Policy

The following cases are not eligible for the 7-day unconditional return/exchange policy:

  1. Personalized or custom-made products;
  2. Products that have been used (for electronics, once powered on, it is considered used);
  3. Products or their functional parts and accessories show signs of wear;
  4. The product’s packaging is lost or severely damaged (except for unboxing) and affects resale;
  5. Products that are non-returnable due to their nature, as confirmed at the time of purchase;
  6. Other situations that cause the product to be in poor condition, affecting resale.

III. Return and Exchange Application Process

2. Returns/Exchanges for Quality Issues
Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you request a return or exchange due to a product quality issue, please contact our after-sales service center at service@mail.ybaxvet.com. The customer service team will handle your request within 1–3 business days. The shipping cost for such returns/exchanges will be borne by us.

3. Returns and Refunds
If you request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact the courier company directly to arrange the return. Once the courier receives the returned product, they will provide details regarding the refund. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
